Scott Kubicek I was born and raised on a family farm south of Owatonna. My first job was helping neighbors with anything from baling hay to mowing lawn. After graduating from high school, I went to the University of Minnesota and graduated after two years with Associate Degree in Diversified Ag. After working a couple of years in the Ag industry I decided to look for something different. I joined Advantage Cabinets in December 1994. I began working as an installer and counter top builder. After buying the company in January of 1996, I continued to work in production for many years until the company grew large enough that we needed more management. I currently oversee the entire company and wear many different hats. I am fortunate to have hired quality employees that handle most of the daily operations and I can now focus on strengthening our company for the long term. I am married and have 4 young children. Most of my spare time is spent with the kids and the many activities that go along with that. We are fortunate to have active kids that seam to enjoy every activity we put them in. I also enjoy snowmobiling, boating, camping, or anything out doors. |
