Dave Johnson I joined Advantage Cabinets in April of 1998 and I currently have more than 20 years of cabinet making experience! I oversee all of our cabinet builders, door builders and specialty builders. I graduated from UW – Stout with a BS Degree in Technology Education. I have a wife and 4 children and I enjoy collecting old tractors and cars. I own a Model A 31’ – 5 window, a 30’ “AA” Truck, and a 50, ½ ton Ford pickup. I also enjoy deer hunting, fishing trips to Canada, Old Car Shows and Tractor Shows. I volunteer as the Assistant Supervisor for the Antique Iron Show at the Steele County Free Fair and as an Assistant Wrestling Coach. In high school, I won the Industrial Award. 
Ron Kubicek I have been with Advantage Cabinets since March of 2005. I was hired to fill the role of our 2nd Production Manager due to the growth in our employee numbers. Currently I oversee our countertop builders and cabinet finishers. I also fill the role of Safety Director and Personnel Manager. I graduated from University of St. Thomas with a BA in Business Management with a Finance emphasis. I have been married for 16 years and most of my time is spent chasing around my 6 children! I am also a Trustee at my church. I have served on an active Navy ship (USS England, CG-22, guided missile cruiser), I received the 4-H Gold Key award when I was in 4-H and I managed to fail my driver’s test the first time – but only because the car broke down and the examiner and I had to walk back to the testing location!
